today I'm talking
to you about the latest gangster movie
to come from director Martin Scorsese
and that is the Irishman review so the Irishman
is pretty much the story of Frank
Sheeran and his rise to become a mob
hitman and this whole story is about him
recalling his possible involvement with
Jimmy Hoffa who is played by Al Pacino
Martin Scorsese fantastic director we
know it we've seen it I was looking
forward to this movie
it's a Martin Scorsese gangster movie
how can you not be excited for that and
it just delivers on every level I mean
I'm done like I said you don't see a lot
of expression in my face right now
I'm not surprised it's just so good and
I knew it was gonna be good Robert De
Niro fantastic
Al Pacino fantastic Joe Pesci came out
of retirement for this movie fantastic
can you guess my word for this cast
that's right fantastic and Scorsese
directs this film was such a steady hand
there are so many details to pick up and
it's just so it so seamlessly together
where every little piece of the puzzle
just makes sense and there's a lot of
creative aspects in here that I didn't
see coming and I really liked it I think
the main thing that this movie really
has going for it though besides its
director and cast and basically
everything else but really the main
thing that does stick out is the story I
mean you see that runtime this movie's
like three and a half hours and a lot of
people can get turned off of that me
personally I was hooked from the
beginning I mean this movie really does
a great job of hooking you I was very
intrigued in this story and the way it's
told it's told in a very unique way and
I think that for that reason that's why
I was so up I was so interested to see
what happened next where the story was
going what happened in their lives as
they got older and for being a three and
a half-hour movie that's a great benefit
to have especially a three-and-a-half
hour gangster movie I mean that's
incredible and because these characters
are so concrete and the performances are
so strong
and since Scorsese directs this movie
with such a steady hand that's why this
movie is so successful and that's why it
just grabs you from the beginning and
you're just intrigued that the aging
effects in this movie are pretty great
as well I mean everything looks great I
mean just the timeliness of this movie
looks amazing
so the Irishman, in short, you haven't
seen it see it if you want to watch it
in pieces you probably could it'll all
make sense but I'm just telling you
everything about this movie is
phenomenal it really is I mean it lives
up to the hype if you're a big gangster
movie fan you will definitely enjoy this
if you're a fan of Martin Scorsese you
will definitely enjoy it if you're
looking for a good movie to watch watch
the Irishman I'm gonna give the Irishman
